About Stagbite: A Fun Info Website

The Problem

When I started working with Stagbite, they were struggling:

• Only 3,000 people visited their site each month
• They made just $50 a month
• Their content wasn’t very good
• They didn’t show up in search results
• Only people in India were reading their site

The Goal

I wanted to help Stagbite to:

1. Get many more visitors
2. Make more money
3. Attract readers from the United States
4. Make the website valuable enough to sell for a good price

The Plan: Three Big Steps

1. Fix the Content (40% of the work)

• I removed old, low-quality articles
• I found 150+ topics that people search for but aren’t hard to rank for
• I made sure all new articles followed a 15-point quality checklist
